Information collected through the enquiry service
This website collects the information you choose to submit in a business enquiry, including your name, organization, email, country, project requirements and optional PDF brief. The purpose is to review your request, communicate about it and maintain a record of the discussion. Do not submit patient records, medical histories or other sensitive health information. Use the contact form for information, correction or deletion requests.
Enquiry details and uploaded briefs are encrypted in the website’s private storage. Authorized staff can access them through the protected dashboard. Email notifications may include the enquiry details and are transmitted through the configured mail provider to the business enquiry mailbox. The server also processes technical information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors. This includes request logs and short-lived security counters. No third-party analytics, advertising or session-recording script is enabled at launch. Optional measurement requires a separate configuration and an updated notice.
Retention, service providers and your choices
Active enquiries are retained while the project or correspondence remains open. Closed enquiries older than one hundred and eighty days are eligible for automatic removal from the application, including their stored attachments. Operational backups can retain an earlier copy until the backup retention cycle completes. Server and mail systems may maintain their own operational records under their respective controls. Contact the enquiry team if a particular retention concern needs review.
Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the service, and international correspondence can involve processing outside your country. The exact rights available to you depend on the applicable law and circumstances. We do not claim that this notice alone certifies compliance with every privacy regime. You may use WhatsApp instead of the form, request access or correction where applicable, and ask the team to stop project-related contact. This policy should be updated if the site’s providers, tracking practices or purposes materially change.
