Packaging communicates the agreed specification
Private label work begins after material identity and intended use have been defined. A label should communicate what is actually supplied: the material name, batch identifier, quantity basis, handling information and applicable use restriction. For research vials, our packaging concepts visibly state “For research use only.” That statement does not prove the contents are sterile, clinically suitable or equivalent to a named investigational drug.
Artwork, vial dimensions, closure choices and carton specifications should be checked together. Review a readable proof and a physical prototype where needed before authorizing production. Claims about purity, certification, origin or suitability belong on a label only when supported for the actual product and supplier. We accept OEM enquiries for other research peptides and lyophilized powder projects, with feasibility and terms confirmed individually. A packaging service cannot create intellectual-property rights or regulatory authorization that the underlying project does not already possess.
- Product name and exact “For research use only” wording
- Batch, content basis and approved handling text
- Artwork proof, barcode and legibility review
- Container and carton prototype approval
- Documented release of the final artwork
Frequently asked questions
What needs approval for a private-label research vial?
Approve the exact material name, quantity basis, batch fields, use statement, artwork and container requirements. Label approval does not replace batch testing or establish rights to a third-party formulation.
